RETURN POLICY
WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES FOR SHIPPED ORDERS.
DEFECTED OR DAMAGED ORDERS
We do NOT give refunds for damaged orders. Exchanges are allowed. You must contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order if there are damages from shipment.
You MUST retain the original boxes, shipping labels, and packing materials. We will be unable to process a damage claim if these materials are not retained. This is our shipping courier's insurance policy, which is out of our control and unnegotiable.
You must email us with digital photographs of the order receipt within 3 business days. Once contacted, we will reach out to our courier of damage so they can set up an inspection and use damage call-tag to pick up.
You will be issued a return merchandise authorization (RMA), which needs to be attached outside the return box. Shipments without the RMA will be refused. Orders that have been approved for returns or exchange due to damages must be received by us within 8 business days after the MRA receipt is issued.
CANCELED ORDERS
Orders that has been fulfilled and shipped out can not be canceled. Canceled orders will incur a 4% fee.
LARGE VOLUME PURCHASES
If you plan to order a bulk amount please purchase a single unit sample(s) before committing your final volume purchase.
